From WTKR 3 News (Norfolk, Virginia):

An update about the attack on a boat of Somali refugees. Out of about 160 people on board, 42 people were killed and another 39 injured in the attack. The boat was attacked off the coast of Hodeidah, a military area under control of Houthi rebels, while on its way to Sudan.

It is still not known who carried out the attack and the Somali Foreign Ministry is asking its Saudi-led coalition partners to investigate the incident.

“Those injured are receiving treatment in hospitals and are quite shaken,” UNHCR Yemen said of those who survived the boat attack. “Our teams are visiting them and providing them with urgent support.”
