From US News & World Report:

In response to an attack on a Somali refugee boat that killed 42 people, the Saudi-led coalition is asking the United Nations to put the port of Hodeidah, where the attack took place, under their supervision.

“This would facilitate the flow of humanitarian supplies to the Yemeni people, while at the same time ending the use of the port for weapons smuggling and people trafficking,” it said in a statement. It did not address a call by Somalia to investigate.

The port is under the control of the Houthi rebels, who the Saudi-led coalition believes is behind the attack, but the Houthi have denied responsibility.
