From Washington Post:

On Monday, 8 people (including 2 women) were reportedly killed when two Saudi-led coalition airstrikes first struck their taxi while leaving Yemen’s capital city Sana’a. The second airstrike hit arriving paramedics, which killed 5 people and injured 3 others.

Remains were left out for hours because paramedics were too worried about more airstrikes to return to the scene.

These double-tap airstrikes by the Saudi-led coalition are not unusual. Only in February, a funeral was hit by an airstrike followed by a second as first responders were arriving at the scene.
