Aid agencies cannot reach remote villages where famine is spreading.

10 children have already died this year in one of these villages. People feel alone because no one is helping or even asking about them. They cannot keep track of how many have died.

After 2 years of war, a food crisis is now a famine. In this remote village clinic the suffering is at every turn. Pockets of famine are now growing making this the world’s largest humanitarian crisis.
