From ABC News:

Gunmen clashed with security forces and blocked roads after demanding the release of detainees imprisoned without trial  in the southern city of Aden on Thursday. 23 inmates were able to escape, 1 person was killed, and four police conscripts were injured during the conflict. The identities of the gunmen are unknown.

Aden is currently controlled by forces loyal to ousted President Hadi and the Saudi-led coalition.

Meanwhile in the Houthi controlled capital Sana’a, a journalist was sentenced to death on espionage charges and accused of collaborating with the Saudi-led coalition. The journalist was taken from his home by Houthi fighters 8 months ago.
