If you like a lot of peppers, and the following video uses A LOT, then this is the recipe for you. Zhug is a kind of spicy sauce/paste that originated in Yemen and is now popular in Israel after the Yemenite Jews brought it with them. Some recipes use tomato, but this one does not. I picked this video to share because the end product is green, much like most of the zhug I found. You can get a red zhug by using a spicy red pepper instead of the green jalapenos in this one.
