From Al Arabiya:
The Popular Resistance Forces (forces loyal to President Hadi) have taken a base on Yemen’s western coast. Together with Yemen’s national army totaling 12,000 fighters, some of the forces will be headed next to Taiz and the others towards Hudaydah (or Hodeidah). The port city of Hudaydah is currently under the control of the Houthi rebels and also the main port for Yemen’s humanitarian aid.
The commander said that the Houthi and Saleh militias are adamant to control the coastal areas. The west coast area is considered to be one of the main arteries to deliver military reinforcements.
